TC Clay Camp

Clay Camp 2023 was an absolute blast and Turnagain Ceramics is excited to extend the joys of working with clay to Anchorage Youth again in 2024!

Students are immersed in the world of clay one week at a time at Turnagain Ceramic's well equipped, welcoming, and safe ceramics studio space. 

Guided by experienced instructors, summer camp students will learn both hand building and wheel throwing techniques while producing one of a kind pieces of art such as sculptures and figurines, planters, mugs, and bowls.

The camp is designed for students to attend for one week or several weeks depending on interests and availability.

Each week is a self contained session,  and students can build skills week over week by taking on more advanced projects and learning new techniques. Kids often take to clay quickly and naturally.

Turnagain Ceramics is excited to help foster the next generation of Alaskan Ceramic artists at Clay Camp 2023!
